Lowe Rust Paint in White (250ml) is a solvent-based, rust-inhibiting coating that serves as both a primer and topcoat. It is designed for direct application onto rusted metal surfaces, chemically binding to the rust to prevent further corrosion. This formulation requires minimal surface preparation—only the removal of loose or flaky material—and provides an attractive satin finish.
