Need to return something?

In store Purchases:

For refund or exchange of items purchased in-store, these need to be returned within 28 days of purchase. In order to process any refund we will need the receipt. If you paid by credit card your refund will be processed to that same card so be sure to bring it with you. Where the packaging has been opened, we ask that you reseal it and return the product in its original, undamaged condition.

Online Purchases:

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, along with their packaging. Our team will examine the returned items to ascertain if a refund can be provided. If you’re eligible for a refund your account will be credited by the full amount you paid, inclusive of your shipping costs, within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For refunds of non-faulty items purchased online, these items must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.
