The Fleetwood Advanced Quick Dry Undercoat in Brilliant White (5L) is a premium water-based primer designed for both interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces. Combining the application and finish qualities of traditional oil-based paints with the benefits of quick drying and low odour, this undercoat provides excellent adhesion and a durable base for topcoats.
